Return and Exchange Policy

1. Delivery

• Products are delivered to the address specified at the time of ordering.

• Delivery time is maximum 30 days ; may vary depending on stock status.

• The product must not be damaged or missing upon delivery; otherwise, it must not be accepted.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

• BUYER may return the product within 5 days of receiving it without giving any reason.

• The product to be returned must be accompanied by its invoice and original packaging.

• Shipping and delivery costs are covered by the SELLER .

• Products that are personalized, prepared according to personal preferences or that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons are not eligible for return.

3. Limits of Liability

• Although utmost care is taken to ensure the accuracy of the content presented on the website, the SELLER is not responsible for any errors.
