Delivery and Shipping Information

Order Preparation and Delivery Time

  • All orders are prepared within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery time may vary between 2-7 business days depending on the delivery address and the selected courier company.

  • Stock status is updated at the time of ordering; customers are informed if products are out of stock.

Shipping Fees and Methods

  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout based on the order amount.

  • Shipping is free for orders over a certain amount (determined by campaign or company policy).

  • Orders are shipped via reliable courier companies; a signature is required from the recipient upon delivery.

Delivery Address and Responsibility

  • Delivery is made to the address given at the time of ordering.

  • Pınar Jewellery is not responsible for any delays or non-delivery that may occur if the address information is incomplete or incorrect.

Damaged or Incomplete Delivery

  • If any damage or missing product packaging is noticed during delivery, do not accept the delivery and have the courier officer draw up a report.

  • If you receive a damaged or missing product after delivery, you must contact our customer service team. After inspection, we will process your return or exchange.

Tracking and Communication

  • All orders are notified to the customer via e-mail or SMS along with the cargo tracking number.

  • If you experience any problems with delivery, you can get support through our website or customer service.
