4. Product and Delivery Information

• Delivery fee is paid by the BUYER.

• The products are delivered to the BUYER or the recipient within the legal period, to the address where the order was placed.

5. Payment and Delivery Terms

• The product will not be delivered unless the order price is paid.

• If the payment was made by credit card, refunds will be made through the relevant bank.

• Care must be taken to ensure that the product is not damaged, defective or missing during delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal

• The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days after receiving the product.

• The product must be returned with its invoice and original packaging before being returned.
