Distance Sales Agreement
Article 1 – Subject of the Agreement
This agreement covers the online sales and delivery transactions between Pınar Jewellery (hereinafter “SELLER”) and the customer who purchases the product (hereinafter “BUYER”), within the scope of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
When the BUYER confirms the order, he/she is deemed to have agreed to pay all fees including the product price, delivery fee and taxes.

Article 4 – Product Details and Pricing

The main features of the products are published on the website.

The products are entirely handmade; each piece is unique.

Product prices include VAT and the prices stated on the site are valid.

Delivery costs are the responsibility of the BUYER unless otherwise stated.
Article 5 – Order and Delivery

Orders are delivered to the BUYER within 30 days at the latest.

If the product is not in stock, the SELLER notifies the BUYER within 3 days and refunds the collected price within 14 days.

The BUYER is responsible for checking the product upon delivery. Damaged or missing products should not be accepted.

Delivered products must be protected with their packaging, accessories and invoice.
Article 6 – Payment Terms

Payment methods: credit card, bank transfer or other methods offered by the SELLER.

If payment is not made, SELLER is not responsible for product delivery.

In case of unauthorized use after payment, the BUYER is obliged to return the product to the SELLER.
Article 7 – Right to Exchange and Return

The products are completely handmade and cannot be returned for hygienic reasons .

BUYER may request an exchange for unused and undamaged products within 5 days of receiving the product .

In case of exchange request, the shipping fee belongs to the BUYER.
Situations in which the Right to Change cannot be exercised:

Custom-made products

Opened or used products
-
Products that cannot be resold for hygiene or health reasons
Article 8 – Force Majeure

In cases of uncontrolled circumstances such as earthquake, flood, fire, pandemic, cargo company problems, etc., the SELLER may postpone or cancel the delivery.

In this case, the BUYER may request to cancel the order or replace the product with an equivalent one.
Article 9 – Withdrawal and Dispute Resolution

The right of withdrawal does not apply to handmade and personalized products.

BUYER may submit his complaints and objections through the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at his residence or at the place where the product was purchased .
Article 10 – Entry into Force

This contract comes into force when the BUYER confirms the order.

The contract is binding from the moment it is confirmed online.
